Experience
Facilitative leader with expertise in user research, design strategy and organizational transformation. A systems thinker, I seek to balance the practicalities of the present with the possibilities of the future. I’ve applied and led teams through insights-centered innovation frameworks across FinTech, Financial Services, Social Tech, Social Good + Strategic Philanthropy, and my own businesses: a coffee shop + boutique interior design firm.
The time I’ve spent working in rapid-growth and transforming organizations has brought me deep comfort with ambiguity, including experience leading teams + peers through creative processes. I’ve found that grounding perceived chaos (like the design process) in just enough structure while leaving room for organic collaboration (and the humanness of us all) results in innovative solutions, and maybe more importantly, internal alignment and a sense of togetherness.

Interior + Landscape Design
Since 2013, I’ve been designing rooms, homes, offices, restaurants, landscapes + gardens. In reality, this was my first creative outlet - sketching, reorganizing my bedroom, and partnering with my master carpenter-dad on (constant) home improvement projects.
Focus on: new build consultation, exterior, hard + soft finish selection, furniture placement + sourcing vintage goods
